Creative Producer & Studio Lead

We are a London-based creative content studio producing bold, story-led videos, powerful graphics, photography, and podcasts for B2B clients. Our flagship subscription model helps companies deliver creative content on-demand. We’re growing and are looking for a highly driven, creatively confident, and organised person to join us as our Creative Producer & Studio Lead.

The Role

You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and production team to lead creative planning and ensure the smooth delivery of projects. You’ll help develop creative concepts, support production teams, and oversee deliverables across our video and design services.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Execution

  • Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for video, photography, and graphic design briefs.

  • Collaborate with editors, designers, and camera crews to bring ideas to life.

  • Attend client meetings or shoots as needed to support creative direction.

  • Act as the lead creative on assigned projects, ensuring alignment with client goals.

Project Oversight & Quality Control

  • Review graphics and video edits before delivery via our subscription dashboard.

  • Maintain high standards of quality, brand consistency, and attention to detail.

  • Coordinate and communicate tasks with internal team members and subcontractors to keep projects moving on time.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in a creative studio, agency, or content production role.

  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and content formats (especially video and design).

  • Able to create and communicate clear briefs, concepts, and visual references.

  • Comfortable managing creative workflows and reviewing deliverables for quality.

  • Confident working with designers, editors, and freelance crew members.

  • Organised and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands-on support.

Location & Working Style

We’re based in London, UK but this is a remote role. Mostly working from home, other days with clients or on set filming.

£45,000–£55,000 depending on experience
(plus growth opportunities as the company expands)

Job Description
As a Video Editor at Cincera, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging, on-trend social media videos that align with our clients’ brand guidelines and project briefs. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity while delivering high-quality video content that captivates audiences across various platforms.

Responsibilities
Manage client briefs from conception to completion, ensuring client satisfaction
• Efficiently manage and take ownership of multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with our clients and internal teams to understand project objectives and brand guidelines
• Edit raw footage, audio, graphics, and animations to create engaging social media videos
• Optimise video content for various social media platforms, adhering to their specific requirements
• Implement creative storytelling techniques to convey the intended message effectively
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, video editing techniques, and social media best practices
• Provide creative direction and input to enhance video quality and impact
• Review and refine videos based on client feedback and project requirement
• Maintain a consistent level of video quality and style across various projects

Requirements
3 years+ of video editing experience working within a face-paced agency
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video specifications
• Excellent creative storytelling skills and knowledge of motion graphics and animation with a keen eye for detail
• Strong command of English and excellent communication skills
• Strong time management and file organisation skills
• Collaborative team player and confident working independently with a strong for ethic
• Daily and unlimited access to a fast internet connection (minimum of 5 Mbps)
• A fully functional computer that can handle working on multiple design projects
